Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or returns unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, either by providing a repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.
